MEC-CASA, which stands for MEC- Complete Automation Solutions Algeria, is based in sunny Chlef, Algeria. We are the sole distributor for Mitsubishi here in Algeria. We have also agreed to be the sole distributor for MBCONNECT, a German run business providing modules for remote connection. An efficient method to diagnose machinery, equipment or other systems and correct errors (solve issues) over long distances via telephone modem connection, GPRS or via internet. This is facilitated by the easy to realize remote maintenance systems of MB Connect Line. MEC-CASA is a new family run business. Our methodology is to bring the European work ethic and quality of service into the Algerian market. Our founder is Abdel Kader Naamane, Algerian born Control Engineer. He has fifteen years experience in the UK where he gained his Masters degree (MSc) in Control Systems and Metrology from the University of Huddersfield. After working for more than ten years as a Control Engineer in the UK, he decided to return to his native country to bring his knowledge to advantage his country. After two years of working for a group of companies, Mr Naamane was concerned about the lack of professional control engineers and lack of Automation services here in Algeria. The idea came along that he could be the one to initiate the type of services that are so lacking here. After negotiations Mr Naamane decided that Mitsubishi Electric would be the perfect partner for this venture. Mitsubishi has strong work ethics and a top of the range product and an excellent catalog of products to choose from. Mitsubishi have agreed for Mr Naamane to be their sole distributor here in Algeria, offering training on their products, commissioning, undertaking projects from A to Z, upgrading (eg. from obsolete parts to new parts) and migrating from any types of control systems to Mitsubishi Control Systems or products.
